(SDS) SDS along with the team of Balyogibalaknathji organised the Dussehra event at the Gorakhnath Mandir, the Mandir is a part of the Nath Sampradaya. There were more than 5000 devotees. The management was very well taken care of by Guru Jee’s team and SDS. It was indeed a very joyous event filled with devotion and our common love for the triumph of good over evil and to embrace new beginnings.
It was a proud moment when the secretary of SDS, Shree Prashant Singh ji celebrated his birthday by organising a Bhandara and Yagya at the ancient Kalu Sidh temple in Dehradun which was attended by several socio-political luminaries namely Hon Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha Hon. Ritu Khanduri jee, Hon MP and Ex CM of Uttarakhand Trivendra Singh Rawat jee Hon Mayor of Dehradun Sunil Uniyal Gama eminent BJP leader Kailash Pant ji and others.
A day at Muddenahalli. Mr Singh was invited to visit the Sathya Sai Gram at Muddenahalli. The Global Village finds its roots in a small community school. Shree Madiyal Narayan Bhat set the cornerstone of this community school. One can say that it is the embodiment of his spiritual zeal and his passion for bringing a change. He met Sri Sathya Sai Baba in 1962 and believed that the school at Muddenahalli and other community work were all possible because of Baba's blessings.
Mr. Singh and our entire team is grateful and heartily thank Ms. Laxmi who made this visit possible and Mr.
Bharni for his hospitality, for showing us every unit of the ashram and introducing us to the students and gurus there.
